This is the second of three courses on the topic of negligence. It addresses legal liabilities stemming from slip and fall, trip and fall, and other such occurrences. Topics include liability issues having to do with guestrooms and balconies, bathrooms and showers, public spaces, elevators, escalators, doors and doorways, hallways, stairways, and restaurants. It also addresses the concepts of actual notice and constructive notice.
